From r295+ (r296 is only a change of the wiki) the widescreen disc prompt image creation was changed from original 590 x 320 to the following

* wdialogue_box_startgame.png is the widescreen version disc prompt image (make a 630 x 320 image and shrink it to 472 x 320)
