The new revision 932 is out and gives USB Loader GX support for the new Prince of Persia. Here is the changelog: *WIP Patch fix. WIP patches should work now. Tested and confirmed for
PoP.
WIP Patches will be only accepted in the following format (let's not
invent
thousands of different formats):
In 3x 4 bytes columns separated by a space (no ":" allowed)
offset | original address | overwrite address
Example for PoP:
007AAC6A 7A6B6F6A 6F6A7A6B
007AAC75 7C7A6939 69397C7A
...
The original address is compared before patching and is not patched if
it
doesn't match. You can see the confirmation or fail of a patch on the
Gecko
Output.
*A few fix ups in different places
By the way a newer version 5.1 of Herme's CIOS 202/222/223/224 is out Here is a Google Translation of the post the author made: -Added the update of the
sources mload (4.1) with the cIOS 5.1 (Sounds confusing right? XD). V5 CIOs are still valid,
since uLoader not need the 5.1 update to work normally. Why did I upgrade?. Well, as explained above,
to give other developers in an "easy" to be able to hide the device "/
dev / mload", because the way I do, that are bundled insurance;)
- As explained in the
previous version, the device / dev/usb2 has been changed to /
dev/usb123. As explained in the
source of the installer, a developer may find that string in external
modules and replace it with another randomly (I for the moment, do not)
and thus prevent "dev/usb123" is detected.I'm not aware of the compatibility with USB Loader GX so it won't be at the downloads yet. But for those that they want to try it, here is the official download link of cIOS with Uloader http://mods.elotrolado.net/~hermes/wii/uloader_v5.1D.rarOr just the cIOS http://filetrip.net/f11435-hermes-cIOS-Installer-5-1.html |

Forumer, the forum hosting service, messed up something. I'm trying to fix it at the moment but I don't know when it'll be fixed. I'll keep you informed by editing this post. ;)
EDIT1: A temporary fix has been used, by changing the default theme. It's an ugly Ubuntu-style solution and a temporary one. Forumer admins are working to fix the problem.

Yep, that's right. r927 is already out to make up for the slower updates we had last month. Update the program, start a game, hit the menu button and select to go back to Wii menu. USB Loader GX will load instead. ;) Here is the changelog added patch for launch titles. now every game should be able to return to this channel on exit.
I've tested it (Forwarder+cIOSx rev19) and it worked like a charm. :p EDIT: By the way the revisions page has been merged with the Downloads page for now. |

At last but not least, r922 of USB Loader GX has been released two hours ago. This release has fixed issues with Hermes cIOS v5 and has finally added support for cIOSx v19. Log message
- Fixed Hermes rev5 issues (I think :)) - Added support for ciosx (yes, including FAT/NTFS) (As always, say thanks to oggzee for this) - Fixed bug with game specific settings (which *could* end up using other settings than you expected) - Removed fat_ffs for now (save game emulation might conflict with FAT/NTFS support, we have to test this) - Maybe more, but I forgot them, I think |

Unfortunately I've been crazily busy (and I still am) cIOS v18 was out cIOS v19 was also out BUT I don't know if they are compatibility problems with USB Loader GX as I haven't tried them, neither I have researched for that mater. PS: a bug fix versions 1.5.0.2 for Wii Game Manager has also been out for a while |
